Here G visits with our friend April who acted as our Doula while we labored at UNC. She saw me go through transition without dilating, a bizarre experience for both of us I'm sure. Her daughter Ruby and son Kendon will be joined by another sibling sometime early next year. Good luck April, take care, see you soon.
April is working towards building a better birthing community for women in our area. Keep an eye out for "April's Nesting Place" if you move to our area, the Triangle.
